He is a trial attorney who handles sophisticated civil litigation in federal and state courts in Georgia and California. James enjoys trying a diverse variety of cases, and has particular expertise in: (a) disputes involving business frauds, breaches of fiduciary duty and other business torts; (b) securities fraud and similar white-collar civil actions; and (c) real estate and construction disputes. His  strength is working with clients to develop and execute winning litigation strategies at the outset of a new matter in order to stay three steps ahead of the opposition. That said he also loves the challenge of jumping into a new case on the eve of trial. James is regularly involved in cases involving unique legal issues and interesting clients.
